These Terms apply when you use KEMOBEAT and its online services.
You may play as a guest or connect a Google account. Your player signature is public on leaderboards. Do not impersonate others or use a signature that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Do not forge scores, replay submissions, automate ranked play, interfere with the service, evade limits, or access another player's account. Invalid scores may be removed and abusive accounts may be disabled.
Game resources are provided for playing and permitted creative work under the Guidelines. Do not mirror or redistribute resource collections outside those permissions.
KEMOBEAT is provided as-is. Features, charts, rankings, and accounts may change or become temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or cost control.
You can delete your account from the Privacy Policy screen. For questions, use the Contact link on the title screen.

This Policy explains the data used by KEMOBEAT's online features.
We store your player signature, selected character avatar, guest or Google account link, sessions, submitted scores, leaderboard records, and security events. Google login is linked by the stable Google account identifier. We do not use your email address and do not keep Google access, refresh, or ID tokens.
A secure session cookie keeps you signed in and is not available to game scripts. Your player signature and accepted scores are public on leaderboards. Internal account identifiers are not displayed.
Cloudflare processes requests, database records, private game resources, IP data, and operational logs. Google processes the login flow. Security logs are used to detect abuse, enforce limits, and investigate failures.
After authorization, the game may store audio and cover images in browser cache for offline play. Clearing game data or deleting your account asks the game to remove those cached resources from that browser.
Account and score data remain until you delete the account. Sessions and temporary login or game records expire automatically. Deleting an account removes its login links, sessions, scores, and leaderboard entries. It also clears local settings, local personal bests, and protected media cached by this browser.
